4 Year Course of Study: This form allows a student to develop their 4 Year Course of Study. Freshman, Sophomore, Junior and Senior year can be mapped out to allow students to properly plan their academic coursework.

Credit ChecklistThis form assists a student with making sure required courses have been completed.

Dual Credit Program Information and Application Packet

This packet needs to be completed by any student planning to take dual credit classes next school year. That includes classes taught on Dixie's campus, as well as classes offered online or on a college campus. Students are able to take classes offered through Eastern Kentucky University, Gateway Community and Technical College, Northern Kentucky University, and Thomas More University. The packet includes Program options, application instructions, and mandatory forms that need to be completed and returned to Mrs. Rohan. All tasks of the Dual Credit Application Process MUST be completed by March 8th.

2022-2023 DHHS Career/Technical Program Application

Automotive – Diesel – Collision Repair Technology, Aviation Logistics, Aviation Mechanic, Building Technician Assistant (Construction) are designed as 2 year programs. with students participating during their junior and seniors years. Seniors will only be admitted If previous cohort students do not return to the program.
